We offer butter oil and anhydrous milkfat in bulk.
Butter oil is prepared by extracting all the non-fat materials and moisture from fresh pasteurised cream and/or butter from cow milk. Butter oil has many uses, for example in bakery and ice cream. Butter oil is in compliance with the standards and regulations for food safety in the country of origin and Codex Alimentarius.
Anhydrous milk fat and butteroil are products consisting of more or less pure milk fat. Although they are modern industrial products, they have ancient traditional roots in some cultures.
