We offer Ice Cream in bulk. The product is produced by pasteurizing the milk at 83°C for 30 seconds. Then the flavor is added and the mix will be homogenized at a pressure of > 110 bar. The ageing of the mix is done at < 7 °C after what it is frozen at -5 °C and boxed in 2,5L / 5L boxes. When packaged the mixture is frozen at -35 °C for 45 minutes.
We sell 4 different flavours:
Ice Cream is standardly sold in 5 L boxes except pistachio which is sold in 2,5 L boxes.
It can be used in desserts, milkshakes, cocktails…
