L-Histidine

L-Histidine is an essential infant amino acid. L-Histidine can be synthesised by the human body but in certain situations the production is does not meet the physiological requirement. It plays a key role in the production of red and white blood cells. People suffering from rheumatoid arthritis have an abnormally low level of L-Histidine in their blood.
