We offer Emmental Cheese blocks in bulk. At Senel Commodities, we standardly offer 15kg blocks, wrapped in foil.
Emmental is known as a cheese that from Switzerland. It is often compared to the Dutch Maasdam cheese. Certain bacteria in the cheese create the holes which make this cheese known. The cheese is produced using cows milk. Emmental is known as a semi-hard consistency cheese containing at least 45% fat.
