Application of the product

Whey protein concentrate 34% is suitable for a replacement for skimmed milk, a stabiliser and fat mimetic in yogurt, bakery mixes, dietetic food, athletic food, infant food and confections. Whey protein concentrate binds itself to water which makes it perfect for the production of these products.
