Application of the product

Whey protein concentrate 80% is suitable for nutritional drinks, soups, bakery products, meat, dietetic or athletic food, low-fat products and protein fortified beverages. Whey protein concentrate is suitable for a wide range of products because it has the ability to dissolve in a wide range of pH conditions. It is also a good substitute for egg-white in whipped products because it acts like a emulsifier.
